かねてよりご案内さしあげております通り、JAQG では JISQ9001 の 2015 年版改正に伴 い JIS Q9100 の改正作業を進めておりますが、この度、日本工業標準調査会（JISC）ホー ムページ上で JIS Q9100 の意見受付公告が開始されましたのでお知らせいたします。

また 2016  年 5  月より、IAQG  OASIS  ウェブサイトのログイン後の最初のページに 9100:2016 シリーズ  航空宇宙品質マネジメントシステム規格  認証移行予定に関する記事が掲載されております。SAE より英文メールにて OASIS 登録ユーザー様に、この記事の掲載について通知されていますが、英文メールであること及び OASIS へログインしないと記事を閲覧できないことから、この度、9100:2016 シリーズ 航空宇宙品質マネジメントシステム規格  認証移行予定に関する記事の参考和訳を掲載しましたので、あわせてお知らせいたします。

9100:2016 シリーズ 航空宇宙品質マネジメントシステム規格    認証移行予定について

 国際航空宇宙品質グループ（IAQG）は，まもなく発行される予定の 9100:2016 シリーズ規格改正版への認証移行を，遅くとも 2018 年 9 月 15 日までに ISO9001:2015 版への認証移行を完了することを要求している国際認定フォーラム（IAF）の Resolution 2013-15 に整合することに合意しています。

9100:2016 シリーズ規格は，米州，アジア太平洋、欧州のそれぞれのセクターに亘り同時に 発行されます。この同時発行の時期は，最遅で 2016 年 10 月に 9100:2016 版については 2016 年 10 月，9101 及び 9110 については 11 月，9120 は 12 月になる見込みです。発行までの 期間を短縮し，同時発行となるように可能な限り努力しています。

IAQG 認証制度管理チーム（OPMT）は，改正された 9100:2016 規格が発行された時点で 全てのステークホルダーに移行のための補足規定 SR003 を発行する予定です。

IAQG は，全ての認証取得済組織に対し，移行活動を開始するため，ISO9001:2015 版規格 及び IAQG のウェブサイトに掲載されている主な変更概要（key changes presentation， JAQG 会員は https://jaqg.sjac.or.jp/member/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=474 にて和訳版を参照可）をレビューすることを奨励します。

OASIS Next Generation プロジェクト

OASIS データベースの機能性を改善するための重要な開発プロジェクトが，進行中です。 現在のところ，2016 年 12 月に運用開始となる見込みで，運用に先立ち，通知及び教育が なされる予定です。

9100:2016 Series Aerospace Quality Management System Transition Timeline

The International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) has agreed to align transition to the forthcoming revised 9100:2016 series standards with the International Accreditation Forum's (IAF) Resolution 2013-15, which requires transition to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system (QMS) standard no later than 15 September 2018.

The 9100:2016 series of standards will be published concurrently across , Asia-Pacific, and European sectors. The timing of this concurrent release will result in the 9100:2016 publishing starting in October 2016, 9101 and 9110 in November 2016 and 9120 in December 2016; given a worst case scenario. Efforts are being made to shorten the publication time spans and publish concurrently as soon as possible.

The IAQG Other Party Management Team (OPMT) will release the supplemental rule SR-003 for transition to all stakeholders upon publication of the revised 9100:2016 standard.

IAQG encourages all certified organizations to review the ISO 9001:2015 standard and key changes presentation on the IAQG website to begin their transition activities.

OASIS Next Generation Project

This major development project to improve the functionality of the OASIS database is well underway. It is currently scheduled for initial release in December of 2016. Prior to release communication and user training will be made available.
